Our platform performs deep multi-pillar diagnostic crawls to determine "AI Readiness." You explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You are an authorized representative of the target domain submitted for analysis.
• You possess the legal authority to authorize automated crawls, extraction, and evaluation of the submitted domain's assets.
• You will not use our platform to conduct unauthorized reconnaissance, corporate espionage, or denial-of-service (DoS) style queries against domains you do not own or represent.

3. Intellectual Property

The WebFit.ai platform, including its original 500-point diagnostic methodology, proprietary threat matrices, code, and design architecture, is owned by WebFit.ai and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. The specific diagnostic data and reports generated *about* your domain remain your confidential property.

4. Limitation of Liability

WebFit.ai provides algorithmic diagnostics and intelligence reporting. We do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, or citation rates within Large Language Models (LLMs) or Answer Engines. In no event shall WebFit.ai, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

5. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
